Description of Prize

The Think|Stack Prize must be used in the calendar year 2025. The winning organization must sign Sponsor’s standard master services agreement (the “MSA”), and the hourly rates outlined in the MSA will apply to work done on behalf of the winner. If additional services are requested beyond the scope of the Think|Stack Prize, Sponsor will prepare a separate statement of work for the client to review and sign.
The same organization will also be awarded a credit of $50,000 to be used towards the utilization of Amazon Web Service’s cloud-based services (the “AWS Prize”), to be credited for use over the course of a year.
The Prize will be delivered in accordance with a statement of work which will include a timeline of services as applicable. Any portion of the Prize not accepted or used by the winner shall be forfeited. The Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor will not substitute cash for the Prize, in whole or in part. Procedures

This is a competitive grant process. Winners will be selected by the a panel of Grant judges (“Grant Panel”) consisting of the following individuals:
The winning organization will be selected based on the Grant Panel’s determination of the Applicant which displays the greatest comparative need for the services of Sponsor, at the discretion of the Grant Panel. The Grant Panel will review each Applicant’s answers to the questions contained in the questionnaire to determine which Applicant, in the belief of the Grant Panel, has demonstrated the highest need for Sponsor’s services. Each question contained in the questionnaire is not assigned a distinct point value. The winner chosen is determined purely at the discretion of the Grant Panel who will select, based on the totality of the responses given, which Applicant has demonstrated the most need for Sponsor’s services. No Applicant will be required or permitted to submit additional responses or enter in any subsequent round of competition following their Application submission.

In the event of a forfeiture of the Prize, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award or not award the forfeited Prize to an alternate winner. In the event an alternate potential winner is to be selected, the same procedures will be used to select any such alternate potential winner as soon as practicable.
